What we collect

When you request an estimate through our website, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, or by calling or texting us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the project, and anything you tell us about the work you want done.

Our website uses the Meta pixel and may use similar analytics tools. These record that a device visited the site and which pages it viewed, so we can measure whether our advertising is working. They do not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your request, schedule an estimate, and do the work you hire us for. We may follow up about the project you asked about. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business: the form provider that delivers your request to our inbox, our email provider, and Meta, which collects lead-form submissions on our behalf and provides the analytics described above. If a job involves a partner contractor, such as our roofing partner, we share only what they need to do their part of the work.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Call or text 512-294-7094, or use the form on our contact page. You can also limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
